Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.
Standard Shipping costs $5.99, with an estimated transit period of 15–25 days after dispatch. Express Shipping costs $15.99, with availability and delivery estimates depending on the destination.
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $39.99 or more before taxes qualify for free Standard Shipping where available.

6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request an eligible return within 14 days after receiving their order.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed due to a matter attributable to Akoress, we will cover applicable return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method.
